What is your return policy?

Because our quantities are limited, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please email us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays. Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff will be shipped the following Wednesday. Local pickup is not currently available. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I have not received it?

Please first confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and check with members of your household or nearby neighbors. If your package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier to begin a missing-package claim. We are happy to provide the tracking and delivery information available to help with their investigation.

How should I care for my garment?

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Do not iron on high heat; steaming is recommended.
• Hang or lay flat to dry whenever possible.
• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
